This is a bugfix release.

BVI:

• autoconf 2.52 used

• do_back() fixed (cast)
• replace sys_errlist[errno] with strerror(errno) (Debian #106762)
• fix: one can continue deleting bytes even when file is empty (Debian #121934)
• wish: no ":set mm" to delete bytes from end of file (Debian #122240)
• cast for alloc_buf() in set.c
• r-bug fix in edit.c and bvi.c
• renamed CTRL to BVICTRL (AIX problem)

• nicer last line
• bmbeep() instead of beep() (SOLARIS problem)
• subshell support fixes
